Willow Barns is a stand alone courtyard of rooms all, with individual access, there are no staff living on site, this is part of the charm and makes Willow Barns somewhere different to stay. However there staff on duty during Pub opening hours next door. Please note the staff have a break at around 3.15pm until 5.30pm, so if you wish to check in at this time please let us know beforehand so we can arrange to be there to meet you. We are very flexible on check in times depending upon how busy we are, we ask that check in, is completed ideally between 5.30- 9.15pm, although we can arrange to leave keys in special circumstances. An earlier check in is often available, please contact us to discuss.
Between 8 and 14 days notice of cancellation, no charge (except for festivals and event weeks)
Less than 7 days notice of cancellation full payment for the room is payable.
Any cancellations are required in writing via email or post. Cancellation date will be the date received.
Festival booking deposits and advance booking deposits are non returnable.
Full payment for rooms booked for Festivals is due one month before stay dates. If the rooms are re-let due to cancellation, we will refund final payment less deposit.

Please inform us of any special dietary requirements before arrival.
Guests are liable for any damage they cause at Willow Barns. We reserve the right to charge via credit or debit card for any damage to, or removal of, any property belonging to Willow Barns.
Soap dispensers, bath robes, towels and all other items in the rooms are the property of Willow Barns.
Guests are responsible for their personal possessions and vehicles during their stay at Willow Barns.
No pets allowed.
We regret we are unable to accept children under 12 years
No smoking on premises.
