Local and seasonal ingredients lie at the heart of the White Horse dining experience. Our Chef de Cuisine, Grant Jones, draws inspiration from his time spent training at Mayfair's Le Gavroche and his menus feature classical French flavours and techniques, complimented by a modern interpretation of British seasonal fare. Only the best produce from Sussex farms and fisheries are used and we are proud of the relationships we have with local game keepers, family run suppliers and cheese makers. No two days are the same on the menu at the White Horse, and every dish can be complimented by something from our carefully curated wine list.
